In my sparking cubes menorah I wanted to intensify light and shimmer by contrasting the twinkly glaze with the matt raw clay. Each cube is as if rooted in the raw clay, growing to be shiny and glossy yet humble and subtle. You can use both oil or candles. Happy Hanukkah :)
