My natlah (washing cup) carries the images of the land of Israel, and take part in all of the collections. The symbols and wording, colors and simplistic shapes - they transform the traditional piece of natlah into a modern one. I wanted to create a contemporary look yet one that is tied to tradition. I feel that beauty and practicality create a kind of synergy, it is a pleasure to the eye and soul to wash our hands before meals with a pretty object, practical hygiene, spiritual tradition, and delight to the eye.
